How to book
Making a group booking for a performance at Bristol Old Vic couldn't be simpler. Once you've got a performance and a date in mind give us a call and we can:
- Agree a payment date and send out an invoice confirming all your reservation details and outlining the methods of payment available.
- Allow you the benefits of our reserve now, pay later policy- meaning you pay nothing until an agreed payment date (at least one month before the performance). Changes to your reservation can be made at any point up until this payment date.
- This flexibility to change your booking will allow you to reserve the maximum number of tickets you require- ensuring novody misses out!
- Take your interval ice-cream and drinks order and advise you further on drinks prices etc.
- Discuss in detail the group packages we offer (Theatre Tours, Pre-Show meals etc.) as well as any dietary requirments.

- Emailing your enquiry to groupbookings@bristololdvic.org.uk (this does not garuntee a reservation, a member of the team will phone you back)
- Bookings can also be taken in person at the Box Office.
