Standard Opening Times

IN PERSON

Monday – Friday Open: 10am. Close: 15 minutes after the start of the last show

Saturday: Open: 12pm midday. Close: 15 minutes after the start of the last show

Sunday: The Box Office is Closed on Sundays with the exception of performance days when the box office will open one hour before the start of the first show, and close 15 minutes after the start of the last show.

**Please note that the above times apply  to performance days only. On non-performance days the box office will close at 6pm weekdays, and close all day Saturday/Sunday**

**For any shows outside of these hours, the box office will be open 1 hour before the start of the show, in person only**

BY PHONE

Monday - Friday: 10am-6.00pm

Saturday:  12pm-6:30pm (Saturday 9th April 10am - 4pm)

How to book

You can book your tickets online, via post, by phone or you can come and see us and book them in person. Prelimary bookings can be reserved without payment for 3 working days, or 48 hours before the performance, whichever is sooner.

Terms and conditions

  • We cannot refund tickets, but they may be exchanged for a performance of the same show up to 48 hours before the performance, subject to availability and an administration charge.
  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the auditorium or make any alteration to the advertised programme or cast.
  • Latecomers may be refused admission until a suitable break in the performance.
  • Will patrons kindly ensure that all mobile phones & pagers are switched off during the performance.
  • Cameras, tape recorders and video equipment are not permitted.
