Akram Khan Company workshop with Saju.

Workshop description:

Saju's workshop is primarily based on Akram Khan Company vocabulary, but also reflects Saju's own initial training in Indian martial arts (specifically the flamboyant, ground-based Kalari martial art of Kerala state, South India, where Saju was born and raised). The class will include challenging material, with an emphasis on floor work and fluidity, and games based on developing focus and awareness
